Pub in east Macclesfield becomes available to let

A Robinsons pub in east Macclesfield are after new publicans.

The Silk Trader, of 37 Brook Street, is now available to let.

The weekly rent is £568. The yearly rent is £29,585.

The agreement type is five years, with Stockport-brewery Robinsons estimating a potential turnover of £464,073.

The Silk Trader last underwent a refurbishment in 2015, according to Robbie's website.

The pub hosts a pub quiz on a Tuesday, and has games such as pool, darts and skittles. They also show live sport.
