Wright & Morten Vets begin offering 'summer MOTs' for dogs, cats and rabbits

A Macclesfield veterinary practice is offering a 'seasonal MOT for your pet'.
Wright & Morten Vets have launched their Summer Wellness Campaign.
Running until July 12, the initiative aims to ensure your four-legged friends cruise into the sunny season in top gear.
Sam Taylor, one of Wright & Morten's registered veterinary nurses, said: "The warmer months are prime time for pesky fleas and ticks to thrive, which is why effective protection is so vital right now.
"Alongside our health checks, we are offering some fantastic savings on parasite prevention to keep your pets itch-free and fully protected all summer long!"
The Summer Wellness Campaign involves half-price nose-to-tail health checks for dogs, cats, and rabbits.
As such, this complete physical top-up is priced at just £12.49.
Your pet will get their weight, pearly whites, joints, and coat thoroughly assessed, while you pick up expert tips on keeping them cool, calm, and flea-free during the heatwaves.

If your loyal companion is getting a little grey around the muzzle - specifically dogs over five and cats over seven - it might be time to look under the bonnet.
Pets are absolute masters at hiding their aches and pains, which is why the campaign includes deeply discounted advanced wellness screenings for just £65.00 - down from from the usual £95.00.
This package includes vital blood tests, urine analysis, and blood pressure checks to spot hidden gremlins like kidney disease or diabetes long before your pet starts showing symptoms.
