They've only been open a few months, but a new Macclesfield noodle bar is shaking things up this summer with a new menu.

Send Noods, which launched in March serving hearty bowls of ramen inside The Picturedrome, have expanded their menu with some cooler items.

With temperatures set to rise over the coming weeks, Send Noods fans can enjoy, as well as steaming hot bowls of ramen, a host of exclusive new dishes only in Macclesfield.

Throughout the summer months, diners will have a choice of three noodle salad 'bases'; a fragrant peanut Satay, delicious Sweet chilli or the classic Shoyu.

The first Send Noods outlet is in Macclesfield, with ambitions to expand with more sites in the coming years.

Diners will then add their choice of topping which include Crispy ebi prawns, Send Noods famous Karaage chicken, Vegetable gyoza and Shredded duck.

Send Noods is built around a small menu of delicious and authentic flavours, with each dish delivered to perfection. Fresh and seasonal ingredients are at the centre of Send Noods' ethos with a menu that changes according to the availability of the very best produce.

Send Noods is co-owned by Asian food expert Vinny Yu.

Vinny is known locally for running an award-winning Chinese restaurant in Alderley Edge, and has 20 years of luxury hospitality experience.

They have been open for three months this week.

Vinny Yu, co-founder of Send Noods, said: "The warmer summer months calls for a shake-up of our food offering and the team have taken great care to craft an amazing menu with some lighter options.

"While I personally would eat ramen in all weathers I know the salads will go down a treat, the flavours are truly amazing."

Vinny's business partner Ross Mackenzie has less links to our local area before Send Noods, but has worked for big names in the north west bar industry like Black Dog Ballroom and Crazy Pedros.

Ross Mackenzie, said; "Send Noods has been open for three months now and so it was time for us to add some new dishes to our menus. We have stayed true to our ethos - crafting a small menu of the most delicious flavours and doing it to perfection. It's food you want to eat.

Their aim is to make 'who have plans to make Send Noods synonymous with the very best ramen across the region'.

"We have had such a warm welcome to Macclesfield and have had plenty of fun along the way."

The new summer menu will be served alongside the regular ramen dishes alongside some small plates including Summer rolls with a choice of prawn or tofu, classic Japanese flavours such as Edamame beans with a sweet chilli glaze, Karaage chicken with a sweet chilli garlic mayo and Pumpkin korokke.
