The Macclesfield venues taking part in popular CAMRA ale trail

Macclesfield is part of the UK's longest-running and largest mild ale promotion.
CAMRA's Mild Magic Trail is back for its 31st year.
A record 102 pubs across the Cheshire and Greater Manchester area are taking part, including five in Macclesfield and one in Bollington.
Organiser Darren Berry said: "I am very pleased that, once again, many local independent brewers and pubs have agreed to participate in our quest to find that rarest of heritage beer styles, mild ale.
"With a great range of tastes, there will be something for everyone.
"Over 200 people enjoyed the trail experience last year and generated an estimated 4,000 pub visits.
"So have a lot of fun and at the same time, you will be supporting local hospitality businesses, because if we don't use them, we will lose them."

The Mild Magic Trail, organised by local CAMRA branches, began last Friday, April 11, and runs until Sunday, May 18.
Last year, the trail was successfully extended to include four pubs in Macclesfield, with the Castle voted favourite pub on the entire trail.
The Castle is involved again and will be serving up several different milds during the trail.
At the other end of town, RedWillow Brewery produced no less than five different milds last year, including a strong Dubbel Mild based on the Belgian yeast strain.
This year, Bollington Brewery have joined in for the first time, which has given them the excuse to brew their Bollington Nights Mild again.
The smooth traditional dark ale with a light flavour will be available for ale trailers in the Bollington Brewery Tap in Macclesfield as well as at The Vale Inn in Bollington and the Cask Tavern in Poynton.
The other venues involved in Macclesfield are Blackjack Brewery's Jack in the Box Bar in Picturedrome, where Dark Ruby beer will be served, and JD Wetherspoon's Society Rooms, which will serve an ever-changing mild.

Trail participants have to visit twelve different pubs in different areas, and drink at least half a pint of cask mild ale in each.
For this you get a T-shirt emblazoned with this year's Mild Magic Logo and beer vouchers for Stockport Beer Festival in late June.
You can upgrade your prizes by visiting 24, 48 or all 102 pubs.
All successful entrants will also be included into a draw for a trip round Bollington Brewery in Macclesfield in September.
