Time running out to enter prestigious business awards

Time is running out to enter the running for a prestigious businesses award.
The deadline to enter the 2025 North Cheshire Business Awards is this Friday (May 2).
They are described as being a 'celebration of everything that is good about doing business in North Cheshire'.
A spokesperson for the awards said: "Entering and winning business awards demonstrates to your customers that your business is at the top of its game, reinforcing their reasons for using you in the first place.
"It also helps build brand loyalty as customers are always keen to stick with businesses which are perceived to be doing well and being short-listed for an award acts as a third-party endorsement for your business. A win can give a real stamp of credibility within your industry sector and is a sign of quality for potential customers.
"But it's not just about new customers; awards are a fantastic way to recognise the hard work of your employees and help boost staff morale. Knowing they have contributed to the business winning an award is a great motivator to continue to perform for your company."

The awards are open to any businesses based in the North Cheshire Chamber region, which includes Macclesfield and the surrounding areas.
In the past, awards have been won by the likes of Macclesfield College, SuperBike Factory, East Cheshire Hospice and Jodrell Bank.
There are 11 categories to enter this year, including business of the year, charity of the year and best company to work for.
Following the closing date on Friday, all entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges and a shortlist drawn up.
Shortlisted finalists will be asked to attend an interview on Thursday, June 5.
The awards ceremony will then take place at Champneys Mottram Hall on Friday, July 11.
