Feel like there is nothing to do in Macclesfield? You shouldn't have to!

And with it being a Bank Holiday weekend this weekend, it is a big one!

In Film
The first of Macclesfield's three showings of the movie Pulp Fiction, for the film's 30th anniversary, will be screened this weekend.
It will take place on Saturday August 24th at 8pm, with fancy dress encouraged.

In Music
Remember The Macc Lads?
Well, a local tribute to the foul-mouthed local punk heroes will take place at The Nags Head on Saturday.
The Lads from Macc will take to the take of the Waters Green pub from 9pm.
Free admission, but please come early as the venue will fill up quick, as per last time.

In Siddington
There is always a big event on at Capesthorne Hall on a Bank Holiday weekend.
This time, it is the turn of Capesthorne's Cheshire Classic Car & Motorcycle Show, taking place on Sunday 25th and Monday 26th August 2024 at Capesthorne Hall, a stunning location to house a fantastic vehicle display over two days.
This popular event regularly attracts 400-500 display vehicles to this most picturesque of settings.
The family friendly show will feature:
- 400+ vintage, classic and modern classic vehicles on display
- Trade, autojumble & retail stands
- Full vehicle concourse overseen by an experienced commentator
- Quality food, drink, ice cream and responsible bar
- Access to the grounds of this stunning venue

On Friday
Periwinkle & Clay's innovative Pottery and Prosecco night is back this Friday, from 7pm to 10pm.
These evenings are the perfect alternative fun night out, whether for a group of friends, couples, or just you.
