The final homes have been released for sale at a Jones Homes development which generated a £350,000 investment in Tytherington.
Construction work is nearing completion at the 184-home Kingsfield Park development off Larkwood Way, close to Tytherington Business Village.
Since work started in 2014, a range of homes from two and three-bedroom mews homes to five-bedroom detached houses have been built as part of this new community.
Most of the homes have been occupied, with just four remaining for sale.
Gemma Pownall, Sales and Marketing Director for Jones Homes North West, said: "Kingsfield Park has proven to be a consistently popular development.
"Now most of the homes are occupied, the community here is well established and it's an attractive, friendly place to live.
"Many of our residents chose Tytherington because they wanted to live in a village location close to Macclesfield, so Kingsfield Park meets their requirements perfectly. The area needed more high-quality new homes and we are pleased to have been able to deliver these.
"We have had a good range of homes available, so first-time buyers could put down roots at Kingsfield Park in addition to people who were moving up the ladder.
"The final homes are four-bedroom detached houses, all with garden rooms and bi-fold doors opening out onto their gardens.
"Demand is extremely high at present as more and more people commit to buying a new home. The recently announced Stamp Duty holiday means our final residents will save thousands of pounds.
"The Government's Help to Buy scheme is also available, so these homes can be secured with just a five per cent deposit."
Help to Buy is currently available on new homes priced up to £600,000. The purchaser requires a five per cent deposit and 75 per cent mortgage.
The remaining 20 per cent is provided as a Government-backed equity loan with no interest payable for the first five years.
As part of the planning agreement for Kingsfield Park, Jones Homes invested more than £108,000 in primary education and contributed £167,000 for recreation and outdoor sport at Rugby Drive playing fields and across the area.
A further £70,000 was paid towards road improvements and Jones Homes provided £10,000 for public art.
The final four-bedroom homes are priced from £463,950 to £476,950 and are viewable by appointment only.
