The list of the most valuable streets in Macclesfield and Bollington, by average house sale price, has been revealed .
The company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Macclesfield postcodes.
Topping the list is Prestwick Close (SK10) in Tytherington, where four properties sold for an average of £816,875 over the past five years.
In second place, Dumbah Lane in Bollington (SK10), saw three properties sold across the last half-a-decade, for an average of £764,366.
In third place, Redshank Drive in Tytherington (SK10) saw 6 properties sell for an average of £752,166.
No properties from Prestbury were included in the survey, which spanned five years of sales data.
Commenting on the data Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: "to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales."
"It's therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Chester Road (SK11) sold for £1,700,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £32,500 and under on London Road (SK11), Knight Street (SK11) and Knight Street (SK11)," he concludes.
