This will be a beautiful, gentle evening of guided couples practices to support you and your partner to drop in together, deepen your connection and bring in some soft playfulness.

Whether you're looking to break routine, build trust, or simply enjoy a meaningful experience together, this workshop offers a safe, guided space to reconnect.

No experience needed—just an open heart and your partner by your side.

What should I expect?

Working with your partner and being guided in gentle practices to deepen your connection such as sharing what's on your heart & mind, breathwork, eye-gazing, and sensual touch*.

*Please note: no nudity or genital touch.

Who is this for?

This circle is for couples who are already in a relationship and would like to deepen their connection together. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and welcome global majority, neurodivergent/neurospicy and people with disabilities.

Where:

The beautiful, warm and welcoming space of Silk House Therapy & Wellbeing, 45 Pickford Street, next to Sports Direct with paid-for council parking.

Access:

The room is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift access. Chairs are available for anyone who finds sitting on the floor uncomfortable or not accessible.

What to bring:

You might like to bring along a drink / bottle of water, a journal or notepad, your fav blanket or pillow (there's some at the venue) and wear something that you feel good, and can move freely, in.
