Date night with a difference...

A couples evening of connection, playfulness, and tenderness, 7-9pm Friday 24th April in Macclesfield.

This will be a beautiful, gentle evening of guided couples practices to support you and your partner to drop in together, deepen your connection and bring in some soft playfulness.

What should I expect?

• Working with your partner and being guided in gentle practices to deepen your connection:
• Communication activities that open understanding, trust, and empathy
• Guided heart-connecting breathwork to sync your energy and deepen presence
• Sensory awareness practices to awaken all five senses and heighten connection
• Deep rest meditation to calm your nervous systems and leave you feeling softer and closer
• And bonus take away practices to bring you closer together at home in your own time
