The Macc.xyz tech community returns to the Bollington Brewery Tap on Thursday, May 7, for its third monthly meetup. Following two packed events with over 100 attendees, the evening offers a mix of high-level tech talks and informal networking for Macclesfield's growing digital sector.

Whether you're a developer, founder, designer, or just curious about the local tech scene, come along to meet like-minded people and hear from two local experts:

Gareth Langley (Co-founder of Piing): Gareth will discuss how his team builds massive, 100,000-player interactive games for stadium jumbo screens at some of the world's biggest sporting events, including Wimbledon and Silverstone. He'll be showing off the tech with a live demo.

Chris Garrett (Founder of C8VA & macc.xyz): Drawing on 20 years of experience building award-winning tech for brands like Apple and Spotify, Chris will share a practical look at what makes a high-performance development team. He'll cover the culture and processes required to move fast and build scalable products.
