Reflective Conversation
Macclesfield
Community Events
14 Mar 2026
Saturday 14 March
We meet monthly for a curated discussion about our inner journey through life and living with more calmness, happiness & fulfilment.
Material from philosophy, psychology and spirituality.
A gentle conversation to contemplate and reflect on ancient & contemporary teachings from Taoism to Carl Jung, to Rumi, from Eckhart Tolle to Marcus Aurelius to the Zen masters.
By understanding and applying these teachings to our lives today, we will endeavour to raise our self-awareness and with this become calmer & more balanced, more mindful, have better relationships and improve our everyday life situations.
Relaxed, friendly and inspirational...
