Join us to walk and litter pick the Bollin as part of the nationwide Dirty Water campaign raising awareness of the appalling state of waterways due to pollution and raw sewage discharge. Extinction Rebellion Macclesfield will lead a protest with representatives from other user groups.

This timely protest highlights recent pollution in the River Bollin which resulted in the death of thousands of fish and aquatic life.

XR Macclesfield will lead a litter pick and hand out information on the issue. Bring a placard demanding action, dress or bring an item to represent your user group eg swimmer, canoeist, dog Walker, angler etc #dirtywater #cutthecrap #extinctionrebellion
