A special artist talk as part of Art Fair Cheshire 2024. This is a free event and no booking is required.

Prize-winning painter, Peter Davis MAFA, will be talking to us about the themes in his urban landscapes and portraits. He will also be taking a look back at the work of Edward Hopper, to show us another artist who has documented the era in which they lived. This fascinating and enjoyable talk will last approximately 45 minutes and will appeal to people of all ages who appreciate art and art history.

Art Fair Cheshire is taking place from 26th September to 3rd October at Macclesfield Town Hall. The event will feature work from over 50 artists as well as talks and demonstrations and will raise money for East Cheshire Hospice. Find out more at https://www.theartfair.org.uk/
