Head to the Silk Museum for their Grand Spring Sale featuring locally grown plants, second-hand and specialist books, and unique fabrics and textiles.
From 10am - 3pm on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th May, pop in and explore a diverse range of items staged across the Museum's garden, shop, and galleries.
Expect to find:
PLANTS: A vibrant selection of locally grown shrubs, early-season perennials, and colourful bedding plants, perfect for refreshing spring gardens.
BOOKS: A unique opportunity to browse second-hand books from the Silk Museum's own collection. This includes a specialist mix of silk industry and local history titles.
FABRIC: An assortment of fabrics and textile pieces.
Museum entry remains FREE for all visitors during sale hours, offering a chance to explore Macclesfield's rich industrial textile history while browsing for bargains!
All proceeds from the sale go directly toward supporting the museum's ongoing conservation work and public programming.
