Come and enjoy a fun, relaxed Easter cookie decorating class in Adlington that's all about creativity and having a good time.

A collaboration between Cooking With Jinny and guest baker Katerina from Floc Bakes, this workshop is a lovely way to learn a new skill while creating something sweet and seasonal.

This class is completely beginner-friendly, so if you've never worked with royal icing before, you're in the right place.

Katerina will guide you gently through each step, showing you how everything works and helping you build confidence as you decorate.

What to expect:

• An demonstrated introduction to royal icing, including how to make it from scratch.
• Learn about different icing consistencies for outlining, flooding, and details.
• How to colour icing and mix shades with confidence
• Step-by-step guidance through three cute Easter-themed cookie designs.
• Plenty of tips, demonstrations, and support as you decorate.

By the end of the class, you'll leave with beautifully decorated Easter cookies and a solid understanding of the basics of royal icing. You'll also gain the confidence to try cookie decorating again at home, making this a joyful and rewarding baking experience from start to finish!

This class is a relaxed, adult-focused workshop, so we recommend it for ages 12+. All attendees do need their own ticket. under 16s would need to come along with a paying adult.
