Guided Grief Walk – A Reflective Journey in Nature

This Guided Grief Walk offers a supportive and reflective experience in nature for those grieving, seeking renewal, or simply needing a moment to pause.

We'll gently walk along a picturesque 2-mile route by the River Goyt, pausing to honour what we carry and connecting with the healing power of the outdoors. Along the way, optional guided practices will help you move through grief and cultivate moments of peace and renewal.

This walk is open to all, whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, facing personal challenges, or seeking solace in nature.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate, so please register in advance:  https://www.tickettailor.com/events/modernwysewoman/1554197

What to Expect:

A peaceful group walk in the heart of the Peak District.

Optional guided practices to help you process grief through movement and reflection.
