27th November | 7:45 PM – Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative Sound Bath experience.

Settle into a calm, welcoming space and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other healing instruments to gently wash over you.

There's nothing you need to do, simply lie back, relax and enjoy the experience.

A sound bath can help reduce stress, calm a busy mind, improve relaxation, and leave you feeling refreshed, grounded and restored.

Please arrive by 7:30 PM to get settled before we begin promptly at 7:45 PM, as late arrivals cannot be admitted once the session has started.

Mats will be provided, but please bring your own blanket and pillow to help you get cosy and comfortable
