Co-op's Black History Month competition has now concluded.

Black History Month in October recognises and celebrates the remarkable contributions of black people across society. It is an opportunity to help inspire and empower future generations.

A Co-op local causes which champions equality is Reads for Representation, which gets children's books featuring main characters of colour into Macclesfield schools.

When Co-op Members buy selected Co-op branded products and services, 2p for every £1 spent goes into their Co-op Membership account and Co-op gives the same to support community organisations and local causes. Co-op Membership helps support Co-op's national charity partners and Local Community Fund causes.
