We are currently looking for caring and committed Healthcare Assistants to provide support to patients and their families within our Sunflower Living Well Day Centre.

We take the time to see beyond the patient's condition, to provide holistic care to the whole person, and their loved ones.

Our essential and well supported teams work closely with partners in the NHS, as well as other charities, to complement existing local services within our community.
