This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future of our venues, helping us reimagine our spaces, and driving business growth across multiple locations. Overview of the Role: As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venues, managing stock, organising events, and leading staff. You will work closely with other management teams to ensure consistent high standards while implementing new ideas to help the business grow and expand. This role offers flexibility in hours, with operational times currently 10 PM - 3 AM, 7 days a week. Successful candidates can choose how many hours they work within the operational window.We are looking for someone with vision, leadership, and industry experience to help guide the business forward, including rebranding, refreshing the venue experience, and introducing innovative strategies to attract new audiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth, efficient running of multiple venues Organise and manage events across two main late-night venues, working in collaboration with other venue management teams Maintain and balance stock levels, placing orders as required and monitoring inventory Lead, train, and motivate staff, setting high standards for service, professionalism, and performance Work with management to develop and implement strategies for growth, including venue revamps and fresh approaches to operations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards Manage social media platforms: create content, post updates, and engage with customers to enhance the online presence Book regular DJs and events to ensure venues remain vibrant and appealing to late-night audiences Requirements: Proven experience in bar management or relevant hospitality roles Personal Alcohol License (mandatory) Valid driving license (mandatory) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible late-night hours, including weekends Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic financial monitoring Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation Previous hospitality industry experience is mandatory Why Join Us: Play a leading role in shaping and rebranding Dukes Hospitality Group Freedom to implement creative ideas and introduce a fresh perspective to operations Flexible working hours within operational windows to suit your lifestyle Work across multiple venues and collaborate with a passionate, supportive management team Competitive salary and hourly pay based on experience and contribution Be part of a business committed to innovation, growth, and providing exceptional nightlife experiencesJob Type: PermanentPay: From £13.50 per hourExpected hours: 30 per weekWork Location: In person
