About our Nursery Alderley Day Nursery has a capacity of 94 children and was established in 2007. This Montessori nursery features eight main activity rooms designed for children from babies to preschoolers. Nestled in the open countryside of Nether Alderley, the nursery is purpose-built and includes an expansive outdoor space accessible from each room. This design aims to use the outdoors as an extension of the indoor environment, providing children with firsthand experiences of their natural world during this crucial stage of development.Located approximately a 15-minute drive from Macclesfield, Alderley Day Nursery offers a delightful setting for learning and growth. Free parking is available.

This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future of our venues, helping us reimagine our spaces, and driving business growth across multiple locations. Overview of the Role: As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venues, managing stock, organising events, and leading staff. You will work closely with other management teams to ensure consistent high standards while implementing new ideas to help the business grow and expand. This role offers flexibility in hours, with operational times currently 10 PM - 3 AM, 7 days a week. Successful candidates can choose how many hours they work within the operational window.We are looking for someone with vision, leadership, and industry experience to help guide the business forward, including rebranding, refreshing the venue experience, and introducing innovative strategies to attract new audiences.
