Macclesfield FC have announced four pre-season games, ahead of their inaugural season.

The first pre-season fixture will be this month, as the Silkmen head to the High Peak and take on New Mills FC at their Church Ln ground.

Macc are above New Mills in the divisions, but are part of the same umbrella being in the North West Counties League Division One South.

This will be the shortest trip, being just 12 miles, however, there will be a Cheshire rival to face just 18 miles away.

Witton Albion FC will play Macc the following Tuesday on July 6. The county neighbours play in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.

Both of the above games will be a 7:45pm kick-off.

Leek Town FC will come to Macclesfield for the first pre-season home game. The Staffs side play in the tier above Macclesfield's current league.

Leek play in the Northern Premier League Division One South East, which has relegation to the North West Counties Premier Division.

It will be a 3pm kick-off on July 27, at the Leasing.com Stadium.

The final pre-season game announced by the club will be FC United of Manchester on July 27. They compete in the league above Leek, in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.

The third pre-season game on a Tuesday will also kick-off at 7:45pm. It is also at home.

Details on attending the matches will be announced on their social media.
