"What we have over the nationals is there's less red tape, meaning we can be more efficient", he explained.

"The difference with us is that I can go to a site, see a product, find a supplier, open up an account, and then sell the product. It's so much faster.

"And we value our customers, and of course customer service. The customer isn't a number to us."
