A Macclesfield takeaway serving "'reshly prepared' food is offering free delivery within a three-mile radius, allowing customers to "chill at home" during UEFA Euro 2024.
Tigerbite opened its doors to customers on Mill Street in September 2023 and has grown from strength-to-strength since.
The independent eatery, which first launched in Tunstall, with aims to take on the big chains, serves an extensive food menu.
This includes freshly prepared burgers, pizzas and kebabs, as well as its Gelato Fusion dessert range, containing Gelato shakes and waffles.
Tigerbite also serves the likes of street food, loaded fries, chicken parmesan, wraps and philly cheesesteak sandwiches.
Beyond Macclesfield, over the past three years, Tigerbite has grown to operate sites in Kidsgrove, Leek, Crewe, Meir, Stoke and Stafford.
Tigerbite has promised if England win Euro 2024, each of its stores will run a lunch period offer of pizzas for £1.
Director of operations, Phil Adams, told Nub News: "As the country seemingly ground to a halt during Covid, convenience became the absolute priority to everyone.
"The huge shift in the need for home delivery gave us an opportunity to adapt and thrive in what had become a shift in the Hospitality market.
"Increased driver recruitment and scheduling helped us to meet an unprecedented demand.
"The business boomed through Covid, and we're fortunate that our loyal customers have stuck with us, and helped us to be in a position where expansion was a realistic possibility.
"We currently have close to 100 staff working between our eight stores, and have approximately 150 to 200 self-employed drivers.
"Since day one, Tigerbite has adopted free local delivery on their website in order to prevent any further unnecessary charges to customers.
"There has been a huge increase in food costs to all businesses, some of which naturally have to be passed on.
"But, we held back from menu price increasing for over 18 months to try and be as competitive and accessible as possible.
"Even during the fuel crisis, we made a conscious decision to remain as a free delivery business.
"At a time where there was huge uncertainty and increased financial outlay, it didn't seem fair, or warranted, to introduce delivery fees.
"Local competitors, including the national chains, introduced a 'temporary' charge to cover the fuel crisis, which have seemingly still remained to this day."
Tigerbite has now secured its ninth property in Middlewich, with this targeted to launch this autumn.
Phil said: "Our ninth property in Middlewich will open around September time.
"This again continues our strategic expansion towards the North, while our eyes are firmly set on our next properties throughout the Midlands to further build our coverage.
"The hospitality industry is a hugely challenging sector, and this has been highlighted by several prominent closures in bigger chains.
"But, we continue to evolve and adapt, and we look forward to opening more stores in the very near future.
"Our stores understand that they sit within a local community, and ensure that they play their part, whether that be through charitable activities, food bank donations or providing materials for local businesses.
"We are also running a promotion where if England win the Euros this summer, all of our stores will do a £1 pizza lunch offer, similar to what we run on new store openings.
"This will be done over the children's summer holidays as we rotate between stores."
Tigerbite Macclesfield is open seven days a week. Sunday to Thursday 4pm to 12:30am, Friday and Saturday 4pm to 3am.
If you can't make it in-store, you can order from their website. They are also on Just Eat.
