A Macclesfield takeaway has launched a temporary discount for Macclesfield Nub News readers.

If you fancy a takeaway during the bank holiday weekend, then you might be able to save some pennies.

Chinese takeaway TOPCHEF Macclesfield, of Chestergate, will launch a £5 discount exclusively for Nub News readers on Sunday.

This limited time discount will save you an extra fiver, on top of the 20 per cent off your order TOPCHEF currently offers.

John Huang is co-owner of TOPCHEF Macclesfield.

"We are delighted to announce a Nub News EXCLUSIVE discount at TOPCHEF Macclesfield," he said.

"You can already enjoy 20 per cent off everything on the menu, from ordering online.

"But from Sunday August 25 valid till Sunday September 1, we are giving Nub News readers an extra £5 off on top of that!

"To qualify, make sure you have a minimum order of £25, and use the code: nubnew5 at checkout.

"Thank you Macclesfield for your support."

The extended discount period begins when the takeaway opens at 4:30pm, this Treacle Sunday.

The Macclesfield Chinese takeaway will also be offering half-price items during the week.
