A new Crafters, Makers and Artisan Fair has been confirmed for Macclesfield, showcasing local talents and crafts from the heart of Macc.
The event - to take place on Townley Street next month - features a vast array of local traders.
The independent gift makers market will take place all day on Saturday April 6 Townley Hall, Macclesfield, SK11 6HZ.
Entry is by donation, and all entry donations will be donated to charity.
Market Curator and Organiser Jennie Jones - who sells dream catchers and has lived in Macclesfield for 26 years - told Macc Nub about the upcoming event.
"We have room for 23 stalls, two stalls we will be giving free to any local charity that wants to get involved,"she said.
"We already have some amazingly talented artisans from beautiful jewellery to fragrant candles.
"I've been making dreamcatchers for nearly 20 years crystal jewellery, talismans and a practising tarot reader, I've recently added Christmas decorations to my shop, which I absolutely adore making.
"We have some stalls still available ,if interested they can email me at [email protected].
"Stalls are £30 each or 2 for £50, we are working on a first come first served basis as we've had a lot of interest."
And this won't just be a one-off thing, as Jennie - also known by her business name Ginger Gypsie - hopes for the market to be a regular occurrence.
"If they don't get a slot at this event they can rebook at the next event, as we will be holding an event the first sat of every month," she added.
"I think people should come as we aim to provide a more intimate market where customers can find unique handmade treassures to enjoy and experience, also in the future we will be doing some raffles and tombolas which will also go to charity.
"I have personally been involved in charity over the years and we are both in agreement that the event should give back to the community we both love, this month's charity will be East Cheshire Hospice."
