Alderley Analytical, one of the leading bespoke providers of Bioanalysis in the UK, have relocated from their current location at Alderley Park to a brand-new facility on Orbit Developments' growing life science community, Tytherington Business Village in Macclesfield.

The ten-year agreement between Orbit Developments and Alderley Analytical is for the entire 16,039 Sq. Ft. of Alderley Court.

This new facility hosts state-of-the-art analytical laboratories which have been specifically designed to a bespoke specification, to help Alderley Analytical maximise their workflow efficiency. With more than double the footprint of their previous location at Alderley Park, it will facilitate the continued expansion of the company which is going through an exciting period of growth.

Alderley Analytical were founded in 2014, winning contracts within their first 6 months and being awarded start-up of the year shortly afterwards. Since then, the company has continued to grow, delivering a significant number of high-profile bioanalytical projects along the way.

Alderley Analytical now joins Peak Proteins, Illingworth and Lucid Group making Tytherington Business Village a fast-growing hub for life science creativity, with a wide selection of lab capable space in addition to office, retail and industrial space.

Sitting within Cheshire East, one of the UK's finest science locations, Tytherington Business Village is ideally located just off the A523 Silk Road, close to Macclesfield Town Centre and railway station with easy access to all major motorways and Manchester Airport. With 15 major universities all within an hour's drive, it's ideal for life science companies looking to recruit the scientists of the future.

Paul Holme Chief Executive officer / Co-Founder - Alderley Analytical commented "Our new building in Tytherington provides us with the expansion space we needed as part of our business growth and the opportunity to completely design our Lab space and indeed all other workspace areas exactly to our requirements. We consulted our staff on the location prior to moving and there was an overwhelmingly positive response to the re-location which made the decision all the easier".

Dean Richards, Leasing Director at Orbit Developments said "We're delighted that Alderley Analytical decided to relocate to our growing life science hub here in Tytherington. Our buildings offer a range of physical features which make them suitable for lab operations, and we are aware that all life science requirements will vary hugely for each company through our working relationships.

"That's why we are so pleased that we could work with Alderley Analytical to design their lab and office space in a bespoke way, with construction completed by Jones Contracts Ltd, so that all their operational needs could be met. There's so much potential at Tytherington Business Village and we're excited to see how it is going to continue to grow."
