A Bollington pub has become available, for the next publican to take over.

The Church House Inn, on Church Lane, is on the market for a guide rental price of £40,000 per annum.

Property firm Fleurets are presenting the property to market.

"New to the market with leisure property specialists Fleurets is The Church House Inn located in the village of Bollington," they said.

"The two storey, corner terrace stone property is available to Let on free-of-tie terms for the guide rental price of £40,000 per annum.

" The property features versatile single-storey outbuildings at the rear, ideal for storage, along with a beer patio furnished with timber picnic tables and enhanced by low-maintenance artificial grass. Inside, the pub offers a welcoming lounge and snug, a well-equipped catering kitchen, and a designated smoking shelter. Previously operating as a beloved community local, The Church House Inn has a solid reputation for wet trade and food service, complemented by five letting bedrooms."

The pub was last operated earlier this year by Mandy Dolan.

The pub, of 24 Church Street Bollington, has a small car park and street parking.

Tim Martin, Divisional Director at Fleurets, stated, "Currently closed and vacant, this property presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator. There is significant potential to revitalise the pub as a free house operation and further develop its trade."

Viewings are strictly by appointment only through Fleurets Manchester office.

The pub also partially backs onto Chapel Street.

The Church House is a common name for pubs, in fact, there is one in nearby Sutton and another in Buglawton.
