Bollington small plates restaurant and wine bar shuts for good

A small plates restaurant and wine bar has closed for good.
TAPA in Bollington has served its final customers
It comes as the owners, Scott Oliver and Jaydean Pilling, have decided to focus on their other business, The Green.
A Facebook post from the venue read: "15 years… what a journey it has been.
"From the very bottom of our hearts: thank you. To every single customer, supplier, and most importantly our incredible team, TAPA simply wouldn't have been what it was without you.
"Since taking over The Green last October, we've realised how precious it is to have our evenings together as a family. When the opportunity arose, we knew it was the right time to close this chapter.
"We gave it our all. And we'll always be proud of what we built together."
TAPA closed for the final time following service on Friday, September 12.
The building has since been cleared out, ready to be handed over to its new owners.
While there is not yet any details of what it will become, Scott and Jaydean say it is in 'safe hands'.
"It feels bittersweet to share, but the universe has connected us with a great couple who will be taking over the TAPA building," the Facebook post adds.
"We're so excited to see what they bring to Bollington - something fresh and unique.
"Their story isn't ours to tell, but we know it's in safe hands!"
