Charity to celebrate 25 years of supporting Macclesfield's youth with 25-hour non-stop disco

A Macclesfield charity is marking a major milestone with a 25-hour disco.
Just Drop In has been supporting children and young people across Cheshire East for a quarter of a century.
To celebrate this achievement, the charity will be looking to raise £2,500 as they party non-stop from 10am on Friday, August 22, until 11am on Saturday, August 23.
Jenny Spencer, manager at Just Drop In, said: "We are incredibly proud to be celebrating 25 years of Just Drop In.
"In that time, we have been able to provide vital support to countless young people who have faced a whole host of challenges, to help them build resilience, gain confidence and take steps towards securing a brighter future."

The 25-hour disco is a closed event for those taking part, but the charity is encouraging the public to get involved by donating and spreading the word.
Just Drop In's office kitchen will be transformed into a dance floor for staff, volunteers and a handful of young people who have benefitted from their services over the years.
Local radio station Silk FM will be getting involved, with DJ Andy Clewes encouraging listeners to request songs, sponsor dancers and support the challenge by donating.
The event will also celebrate Just Drop In's new patron, actress Sheree Murphy, who has pledged her support for the charity's work.
Money raised will go towards supporting the charity's mission to provide quick and easy access to help for children and young people who are finding life hard.
