Macclesfield College
Macclesfield College is recruiting for a number of roles at the moment.
The Park Lane establishment is looking to hire part-time lecturers in photography, criminology, sociology and psychology as well as a coach mentor AAT.
There is also a full-time role on offer, as an art technician, paying £23,088 FTE.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (term time only – 38 weeks a year)
The role: Working as a member of a vocational team, you will undertake, duties in support of the work of the teaching staff in the Art and Design department and deliver efficient technical support to the department to a consistently high standard, oversee all preparation, maintenance, storage, set up and clearing away of all materials and equipment used in lessons.
Main duties:
- To accurately issue prepared equipment to students and ensure its return
- To ensure studios are set up before the start of all sessions and tidied at the end
- To be able to plan and work on own initiative and as part of a team
- To maintain and replenish stock, place orders and check deliveries
- To maintain the department. This includes cleaning and tidying daily, putting film processing chemicals away daily, painting and decorating when required
- To assist lecturers when appropriate by assisting with supervision of students
Accountant
Peaks & Plains Housing Trust is hiring a rent and service charge accountant as they move forward with plans to build more homes and regenerate local areas.
The role pays £43,000 annually.
The role: Working as part of the finance team, you will be responsible for the service charges and sinking funds across the organisation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, preparation of budgets and monitoring performance. Involved in designing and developing our systems and processes you will increase recovery of costs and improve the integrity of the service charges and sinking funds. You will also prepare the annual rent plan to ensure the correct calculation and setting of rents. By providing support, insight, analysis and reports to finance and operational colleagues you will drive improvement of rent, service charges and sinking fund management across the business.
Requirements: You will hold, or be working towards, a recognised Accountancy qualification from CIMA, ACCA or ACA or have significant previous experience of working in a similar role or level. We are looking for someone with experience of service charge calculations, account production and budgeting, as well as experience of implementing change to improve systems and processes. You will also have excellent communication, problem solving skills and team working skills. Advanced IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel are also essential.

Staff Partners are supporting an NHS Trust in the Macclesfield area, covering all aspects of mental health.
They are currently looking for registered mental health nurses with a passion for delivering outstanding care, paying up to £31 per hour.
Requirements:
- Immunisation Record - Tuberculosis, Hep B, Varicella and MMR for Non-Epp clearance.
- A minimum of at least 1 years NHS experience within the last 3 years
- In date valid BILD accredited MAPPA or PMVA certificate
- Clinical references covering a minimum of 3 years RMN experience

A new assistant head greenkeeper is required at Mottram Hall.
Paying £34,000 per year, Champneys are looking to bring in a 'highly motivated, passionate and driven individual'.
Main duties:
- Assist the Estates Manager in planning and implementing the maintenance and upkeep of the golf course.
- Supervise and lead the greenkeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently to the highest standard.
- Ensure all greenkeeping operations comply with health and safety regulations and environmental best practices.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of projects to continually improve the course.
Pharmacist
The Spire Regency Hospital is recruiting a clinical pharmacist for a 12-month contract.
Opening in 1991, the hospital offers some of the most advanced treatments on the latest generation imaging and diagnostic technology.
Main duties:
- To advise the hospital and its departments including the Pre-admissions team and the Theatre team on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards
