Fence fire in Macclesfield believed to be started deliberately

Firefighthers were called to a small fence fire yesterday evening which they believe was started deliberately.

One fire engine attended the scene at Everglade Close in Macclesfield at 7:41pm yesterday evening and found one three fence panels alight.

The crew used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames before damping down the area.

Police are asking for anyone with information on this incident to call 101 quoting IML 697360.
