Former Macclesfield bank building is up for sale

A new sign has gone up on Chestergate, indicating that a former bank building us on sale.

56 Chestergate is currently being sold by property firm Barker Proudlove.

The site last occupied by the Royal Bank of Scotland, shut last October.

Now, a new brochure has gone live for the property this month, with an asking price of £495,000.

Offers in that region will be considered for the sale to go through.

The premises comprises 3,899 sq ft. It has a rateable value of £30,750.
