Free entry to National Trust site near Macclesfield for lottery players
A National Trust site near Macclesfield will be free for one week only, but there's a catch!
This March, The National Lottery, in its 30th year, will be saying thank you to players for the £30million they raise for good causes every week with The National Lottery Open Week.
The focus this year is on encouraging the nation to try something new, by offering an array of free entry and special offers at hundreds of National Lottery funded venues across the UK.
And one of these venues, is the National Trust site at Hare Hill, Over Alderley, near Macclesfield.
From Saturday 9 – Sunday 17 March 2024, anyone with a valid online or retail National Lottery ticket, Scratchcard or Instant Win Game can enjoy a low-cost day out there or elsewhere, thanks to special offers at hundreds of National Lottery funded venues and attractions.
Hare Hill said in a statement: "We are taking part in National Lottery Open Week between 9-10 March and 13-17 March to say thank you to all of the National Lottery players who have helped us with vital conservation work at so many of our places."
"Present your National Lottery ticket or scratchcard at our visitor reception to experience our place free of charge during National Lottery Open Week 2024.
"Please check the property website for the very latest opening times and details prior to your visit."
Proof of purchase of a National Lottery game can be either hard copy ticket or digital.
