Macclesfield's newest chicken shop is ready to welcome its first customers.

Zinglet is finally set to open its doors at Silk House on Park Green this Wednesday, July 8.

Sharing the same owners as neighbouring Caprinos, the Macclesfield store will be Zinglet's second UK site and first takeaway location.

This follows the launch of the brand's first store in Birkenhead, where they have 'performed ahead of expectations'.

Co-founders Khalil Rehman and Gul Nawaz said: "We're delighted to continue our UK expansion push with the opening of our third site, located in Macclesfield.

"In our first few weeks of opening, we have seen fantastic demand for unique flavour experiences.

"Whether it's saucy hot chicken, zingy chicken wings, or our freshly breaded, made-to-order buttermilk fried chicken, we are sure that Zinglet will become the new destination of choice for families across Macclesfield.

Khalil and Gul started Caprinos in 2015 and have since scaled the brand through franchising to over 120 global locations.

Their latest venture, Zinglet, acts as a standalone brand and offers a menu of freshly breaded, made-to-order hot chicken.

To celebrate the opening, the Macclesfield store will be offering a free portion of tenders to the first 50 customers between 5pm and 6pm on Wednesday.

They will then be offering 50% off the entire menu until Friday, with a 30% discount available over the weekend.
