The scene has now been cleared and all of the roads are reopen.
Cheshire Police have been approached for an update on the pedestrian.

Air ambulance statement
A North West Air Ambulance spokesperson said: "We can confirm that the North West Air Ambulance Charity was called to an incident in Macclesfield on July 2, H75 responded.
"The patient was treated and then our crew accompanied the patient to Manchester Royal Infirmary in the back of an ambulance."

Black Lane still closed
Black Lane remains closed for the time being.
However, the Hurdsfield Road exit from the Silk Road roundabout has now reopened.

Statement from ambulance service
North West Ambulance Service have shared a statement following the crash on Black Lane.
A spokesperson said: "We have responded to an RTC reportedly involving a pedestrian, following a call at 12.02pm.
"They have been taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
"The driver of the vehicle has also been conveyed for further treatment."

It is understood that the Hibel Road Tesco superstore is currently closed while emergency services deal with the situation.

Pedestrian 'seriously' injured
Cheshire Police have confirmed that a pedestrian has suffered 'serious injuries'.
A spokesperson said: "At 11.04am on Thursday, July 2, police were called to reports of a collision in Black Lane, Macclesfield.
"The collision involved a car and a pedestrian.
"The pedestrian – a woman – has suffered serious injuries.
"Black Lane is currently closed between Corporation Street and Hurdsfield Road.
"The Tesco car park is also closed."

Motorists urged to avoid the area
Cheshire Police have urged motorists to avoid the area.
A statement released by the force at midday reads: "Black Lane in Macclesfield is currently closed following a serious collision outside Enterprise Car & Van Hire.
"The road is expected to be closed for some time and Tesco car park is also closed as a result of the incident.
"Motorists are urged to avoid the area."

Black Lane closed
A large emergency service response has been sighted in Macclesfield.
Black Lane is currently closed following a crash near the exit of the Tesco superstore.
Police and ambulance crews, including an air ambulance, are currently at the scene.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service were also in attendance, but have since left.
A CFRS spokesperson said: "We sent two fire engines from Macclesfield but took no action and left the incident with police and ambulance colleagues.
"This was a collision involving one vehicle and a pedestrian."
