The owner of the Barracks Mill Retail Park in Macclesfield has put it up for sale.

The out-of-town shopping complex, which contains shops like Macclesfield's only KFC and Farmfoods stores, opened in 2022, five-years after plans were first approved.

Owner Cedar has co-appointed London firms Harvey Spack Field and Rosebury Real Estate to conduct the sale, of which the latter organisation confirmed to Macclesfield Nub News.

A 16-page sales document, available upon request, describes the opportunity as an 'exceptionally well let convenience led retail park investment'.

Aldi was the first shop to open, and will celebrate their two-year anniversary next month.

The 79,112 sq ft also currently contains a Costa Coffee, M&S Simply Food, electric car charging facilities, and B&M Home Bargains.

Offers are sought in excess of £22,750,000.

Current owner Cedar Investment, of Halesowen, has been contact for comment.

Please head to the Harvey Spack Field website or Rosebury Real Estate website to start your enquiry.
