A high-flying Macclesfield rock band have released their first single of 2022.

Teenage five-piece Between Thorns have released Nuisance, which follows a very successful 2021.

Despite only gigging in the UK, the band full of 16-18 year olds have found global success on music streaming platforms.

The Macclesfield band passed one million streams on Spotify last month, and have 30,000 people listening to their music every month on Spotify alone.

The new track is three minutes, and is just their eighth song released overall.

The song boasts surf-like guitar, and a punky, punchy drum perfect for the skatepark.

The band's growth has been partially attributed to TikTok, with fellow teenagers making dance videos to the band's tunes.
