A Bollington beauty business has a new address, with an open day this weekend.

Evaya Beauty, operated by Natalie Chater-Poole and Aral Chater-Poole, of 63A Wellington Road, has expanded into the unit downstairs at 63 Wellington Road.

This now means the business will be spread across two floors, and can be entered from their new unit where The Flower House used to be, and their old existing entrance on Garden Street.

And the good news will be celebrated with an open day this weekend.

"Evaya Beauty started as a business in Cyprus in 2007," said Natalie.

"I am originally from Tytherington. But moved back to the UK to Bollington in May 2014, and launched Evaya Beauty as a mobile business from our home.

"We do services from all nail treatments, to brows, lashes, massages, facials, B12 injections, derma plaining, microneedling, and macroblading."

After six years running the business from their Bollington home, the business was doing well, that they decided to graduate into a physical premises.

But this move-in date was July 4 2021, a date already challenging as the final COVID restrictions had just been lifted, but also because it was the same day they decided to move houses to another one in Bollington!

Evaya Beauty is open every day but Sunday, with Thursday having late night hours of 11am to 8pm. The business boasts a five-star rating on Google Reviews. Evaya Beauty is open every day but Sunday, with Thursday having late night hours of 11am to 8pm. (Image - Evaya Beauty)

So to help out, and because he was made redundant in the first lockdown, Natalie's partner Aral, a former hair product professional, got involved with the business.

Fast-forward to today, Evaya Beauty has expanded into downstairs, and will officially launch on Saturday October 19.

The open party will take place from 4pm to 6pm, where you can also find more about what Evaya Beauty is all about.

"Saturday will serve as a thank you to the clients that have got to this point, and be a celebration of us taking on downstairs," teased Natalie.

"Our clients have been amazing. They have even offered to help us with the move, and to help out on Saturday," added Aral.

"But Saturday will be a huge thank you to our clients.

"We appreciate the support from Bollington, Tytherington and Macclesfield," said Aral.

"With the internet, we have clients from everywhere too.

"And having that on street presence with the new unit, helps people who do not find us from social media or are not from around here too," said Natalie.

"We are going to introduce chemical peels as well thanks to the move.

"We hope to get more treatments as we settle in downstairs soon.

"The nails side of the business is really established now, we want to do more spa too.

"We have a new podiatrist and teeth whitening starting downstairs as well.

"From day one, we always wanted to move downstairs, it has a bit more of a street presence, so it is easier for everyone.

"We expanded as we have new staff starting, and we still need more staff, so with more staff, we need more space.

In the near future, the community-minded business will be giving vouchers to raffle off at school Christmas fairs. (Image - Macclesfield Nub News)

"But we have decided to keep our current premises upstairs, for facials. Brows, lashes, and nails will be downstairs.

But we will also be able to do brows and lashes together downstairs as well."

Plus, the new premises is not the only reason to celebrate.

As well as having recently celebrated their 10th birthday of the business, the salon has just been nominated for a Hair and Beauty Award 2025.

And Aral and Natalie will celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary next year too.

"We are both quite driven, and are always on the same page," said Natalie.

"We are a great team. I run all the finance side, Natalie runs the social media. I do massages, Natalie trains new staff," added Aral.

Aral also works as an interpreter, alongside helping Natalie in the business.

"We have gone from one massage bed and one nail / pedicure station, to nine treatment stations across two floors," revealed Natalie.

"We would like to say thank you for the support. A lot of clients really do become friends.

"We are overwhelmed by the support from the community, especially in Bollington.

"We did not know if we were going to go back into lockdown when we started, but from the start, the support for the village was incredible."

Evaya Beauty's open day takes place tomorrow from 4pm to 6pm. It is free to attend. Just show up.
