Macclesfield Halifax building goes on property market ahead of closure
The building of a soon-to-be-vacant Macclesfield bank has come on the property market.
Halifax - of Chestergate's east side - will be shutting on March 11.
The closure of the bank was announced in November, and the owners of the building are clearly keen to get it filled again quickly as it has come on the rental market.
The three-storey retail premises is on the market for £38,000 per annum.
The 4805 square foot property also has a basement.
