Get some early Christmas shopping done and support small independent giftmakers from Macclesfield with this new pop-up.
This Friday and Saturday will see Green Earth Department Store open in an retail unit on the west of Chestergate (just past The Picturedrome).
Hosted by Macclesfield events florist Green Earth Flowers' Laura Taylor - with a little help from her friends - the pop-up will be open on both days from 10am - 6pm.
Laura normally uses the premises as a studio for her floristry, but has decided to open the doors to some of her fellow small independent businesses such as Macclesfield baker Cakes That Mel Makes.
"This studio workshop is being filled with amazing makers, bakers and curators to bring you a unique shopping experience," said Green Earth Department Store in a statement.
"For only two days you can support small, shop independent and shop locally, whether for yourself or in preparation for Christmas."
From crochet balaclavas to handmade jewellery. Buy some one-of-a-kind and artisan products, while supporting local traders.
More Macclesfield businesses which will also have stock in the temporary shop include Pen.Y.Bont Ceramics and Treacle Market regular Cup + Cloth.
Illustrator Dick Vincent and embroider In Twos and Threes also feature.
All but one of the traders are from Macclesfield.
