A Passenger Assistant Role has opened up at Macclesfield's Expedition Mini Coaches Limited.

It is the latest addition on the Macclesfield Nub News Jobs section.

Paying a salary of £7400-£7800, this part-time position for the Macclesfield wheelchair friendly transport company is now accepting applications.

The business, which has a premises at Zurich House, on Macclesfield's Hulley Rd, is after someone who can work 20 hours per week.

If you're great with people and don't get travel sickness, this could be the perfect little side job for you.

Expedition Mini Coaches Limited said: "We are looking for Passenger Assistants to join our growing team to act as an escort on our vehicles whilst we transport children to and from school.

"Passengers transported by Expedition may have mobility, learning or emotional difficulties.

"The role will involve assisting passengers onto the vehicle, carrying bags and ensuring passengers are

sat comfortably and safely during journeys. Also assisting the driver by operating the mechanical lift

and applying the wheelchair restraints."

The journeys are all around the local area, and are conducted be a reputable company which has been in operation since 2008.
