Macclesfield man wants to arrange your next holiday with new firm

A Macclesfield man has just launched a new travel firm in Macclesfield.
Personal Travel Expert Jason Palmer (39) Jason PD Not Just Travel wants to take the hassle out of organising your next holiday.
"I'm here to make planning your next holiday stress-free and easy," he said.
"Whether you know exactly what you want, or need some travel inspiration, I'll use my knowledge to create a bespoke holiday you will love.
"I love travelling, I have travelled the world with my wife twice, once for our honeymoon. We are fortunate to travel three or four times a year, and I want to transfer my expertise to help you do the same with this new business."
Whether it is the whole package, or just arranging affordable car hire or travel insurance, Jason is here to help.
Jason's new venture is part of an award-winning franchise, and all of his holidays are ABTA and ATOL protected.
The Macclesfield resident - of five years - used to work in the music industry before the pandemic.
"There are a lot of transferrable skills, particularly networking," he added.
"I used to organise big tours for bands, and can still offer that with this new start-up as well.
"But it is also about getting holidays for everyone, at the best price."
Jason's destinations are to more expensive destinations, made affordable. For example, they only work with key trade partners that are not available to the general public - which includes their prices.
"This is great because it means we can truly offer something people can't find themselves," he revealed.
"Moving forward we'll look to be specialising in multi-centre and long all trips in South East Asia as this is an area of the world we've traveled a lot inn ourselves."
Whether it is a weekend break or around the world in eighty days, no enquiry is too tall a task for Jason.
When asked about the advantages of getting an extra pair of helping hands in organising a holiday in 2022, Jason had this to say:
"With the pandemic, everyone's eyes were opened," he explained.
"If you had a holiday booked during COVID, you realised how difficult it was to get your money back if you did it yourself.
"During the two years of COVID, me and my partner Emily had to personally cancel 11 flights ourselves. It was a nightmare.
"But with a travel consultant, we can use our expertise and assist you if things were to go pear-shaped like that.
"I offer a personal touch compared to big corporate travel agents. If anything should go wrong, you can pick up the phone and speak to me directly.
"People spend 10 hours per holiday just planning*. But if you get in touch with me in the morning, I'll have something for you by the afternoon."
Jason is three weeks into the business, and has just launched his bi-weekly offers of special deals on Tuesday and Thursday.
The latest offer is ten nights for three people at Disney Land Florida, and Christmas in Reykjavik for three people for just £896.
"If you need to catch a flight anywhere in the world, I will sort it for you. I've got access to 160 flight operators in the UK and 475 tour operators.
"Be it island-hopping or package holidays, last minute or years in advance.
"Eight or nine times out of ten, we will be cheaper than the shops as we don't have any overheads.
"We are independent, and we work from home, or in many of the great eateries in Macclesfield.
"If we can't be cheaper, we can try and offer price match.
"I'm looking forward to helping Macclesfield find their dream holiday."
