"Business has been incredible for our first year, we've seen an increase in customers every month."

The couple decided to start their business during the pandemic, after losing their hospitality jobs.

They've seen great success and support since starting their business, expanding from originally serving from a truck in Tytherington, to eventually having their own store.

"We are just really grateful, lot's of our customers are regulars, many of which are locals who come to support us very often, it's amazing," Mika said.

When the coffee shop opened, they strategically decided to select their opening hours doors earlier in the day than it's competitors.

"We are always really busy between 7:30am-8am, as there aren't many other coffee shops which are open that early," Mika added.

"We are also in a really good location as it is a commuter route, so lots of people come to us who are going to Buxton or coming to the train station."

Recently they have introduced many new products into their business.

"We have created out own syrup, which is almost like dark treacle and have created a new lavender latte which is naturally coloured blue by flowers," Mika also said.

"It is absolutely delicious and caffeine free.

After such a very successful year, the pair have decided to throw a big celebration in thanks of those who support them, taking place

"Part of the inspiration for our shop was our honeymoon, there was lovely fresh drinks and an amazing atmosphere,"Mika revealed.

The events will start at 8:20 with a yoga morning hosted by Fold Yoga. This free event will be held in Victoria Park and welcomes all ages and all abilities to attend.

The couple have also organised live music from midday varying from 90's pop to an acoustic chill with an island vibe.

The food and drinks available will also reflect the Hawaiian theme of the events.
