Nigel has trained previously as a chef and has gone to great lengths to create a comfortable and relaxing space for his community.

"At the moment, we have a temporary gazebo outside where we serve but eventually we will have a building made of glass," Nigel said.

"The oven will also be inside so in winter it will be so warm and cosy in the building."

The café has just created new menus for the pizzas being served.

These pizzas are all made with produce sourced from around Macclesfield.
