New houses have been proposed in South Macclesfield.

Two new homes are wanted next to 247 Moss Lane.

They will be semi detached, two-storeys and three bedroom family homes.

Should Cheshire East Council approve the plans, four parking spaces would come with the development.

A planning document states: "This somewhat isolated site has been a constant subject of bewilderment being a gap tooth amongst tended regular development. The applicants aim is the subject of our planning application to finally rid the anomaly by providing residential accomodation for two families.

Both homes would have about 861 feet of living space, and also benefit from back gardens.
