A new shop has opened in Macclesfield town centre.
White Blossom Interiors has opened their doors on Mill Street.
They sell home interiors for your home, or cosy things that can be gifted to someone else.
Zoe Singleton is the woman behind the new store.
"White Blossom Interiors was set up in January 2021 in the last lockdown as an online shop," said Zoe.
"It was one of those things where me and my partner were just talking.
"We like to go shopping and buy little things for the house. So I thought why not start a shop for it? I thought, I can do this, and that was it.
"It slowly grew from a few little things, then it took over my lounge, then my conservatory, then my dining room. We then had a warehouse in Hazel Grove, and by last June we decided to come here."
As well as selling items for your home, bride and grooms to be can also book Zoe to kit out your wedding.
"We do faux flowers, stems, readymade arrangements, all your little home interiors like candles, wax melts, vases," she explained.
"And in the near future we are bringing in cushions, throes, and coasters that you can buy for your home.
"We also do faux flowers for weddings and events. I had faux flowers for my wedding, I think it is a nice personal touch as you get to keep them, they don't die, you don't spent a lot of money on something that is going to wilt. You don't have to spend money to press or preserve them.
"You can hire our table decorations such as candle arbors and lanterns. I do all personalised items like table names, welcome signs, seating plans, cake toppers and wedding arches.
"I like doing weddings, it is really fun as you get to meet the people, get an insight on who they are as a couple and then you make something for them where they go 'Wow that's nice'.
Local stockists include Molly Lou reed diffusers and hand lotions, and Cheshire Wax Company, with Zoe open to more local giftmakers stocking their products at WBI.
"It is nice to have a space to promote other people as they help you in return.
"And it is local businesses as well, and if they have not got a shopfront, at least they can have a presence here."
When asked about her graduation from an online business to a physical shop and why she did it, Zoe had this to say: "Me personally, I like to go shopping in-person and see what I am buying."
"When you take a picture of your stock and put it online, it can show different colours. Whereas when you re in a shop you can touch, feel, and smell it.
"Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far. Please come and have a browse!"
Their opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9:30am to 4:30pm. Closed Bank Holidays.
They will also be open at 9:30am to 4:30pm on Treacle Sundays, with her first being this weekend.
They take cash as well as card.
