36 Mill Street is on the market with Mounsey Chartered Surveyors.
The building was last used as an independent clothes shop called The Wardrobe.
The fashion store decided to move around the corner to a new premises on Queen Victoria Street, which is opening next week.
This has left 36 Mill Street empty, and now a new tenant is being sought.
36 Mill Street is on the market for a rent of £25,000 per annum.
The premises comprises 1200 square feet.
