Macclesfield: Notice reveals Ethos have applied for an alcohol licence

A Chestergate café and lifestyle company is applying for an alcohol licence.
An application for a premises licences under the Licensing Act 2003 suggests Macclesfield business Ethos would like to sell alcohol alongside their regular opening hours.
Ethos opened in April 2021, and is known for their plant-powered juices, cakes and vegan food menu.
A Cheshire East Council document states "Notice is hereby given that We, Antonios Norouznia and Foteini Manari, have applied to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Ethos, 34 Chestergate, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 6BA for a premises licence to provide the following licensable activities:
"1. Supply of alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Thursday 10:00 – 18:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 – 21:00, Sunday 10:00 – 16:00."
